"Rex Winslow and Construct was recommended to me by Jon Dodd of Buxton Kubik Dodd architectural firm in Springfield, MO. At the time I was looking to build a new personal residence, and they suggested I speak with Rex Winslow. My wife and I ended up doing an extensive remodel to a home and contracted with Construct to manage the project. What started out as a small project, rapidly grew into a rather large undertaking. Rex was incredibly accommodating in the project and worked very well with the numerous designers and subcontractors. We are very pleased with the end result, and our home has since been showcased several times in various publications.
In 2016, we decided to build a lake home on the shores of Table Rock Lake in Missouri. Due to our previous satisfaction with Construct, we decided to hire them to manage this project as well. The scope and scale of the project was rather large, and we were somewhat concerned about getting quality workers to a rather remote location. Over the almost two year build, I felt Rex watched over the expenses as if they were his own. He really was the eyes and ears for us on the project. The job superintendent spoke with me on a daily basis, and we were very well informed throughout the project. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is second to none. As in our first project, Rex worked well with the numerous designers, and was great with the many changes we made along the way. The home was completed in 2018, and words would be inadequate to express our satisfaction and love of the home.
I consider Construct as my partner for all our construction needs. In a high end construction project, honesty and attention to detail is paramount in a general contractor. We would certainly use them for our next project and have recommended them to numerous people already."

"When we started Classic Rock Coffee Co. we knew that we would be franchising our concept at some point in the future. Our goal was to give CRCC a unique look and feel that consumers had not seen before (at least in a coffee shop). We were very particular when determining colors, finishes, cabinetry layout, décor, lighting and the overall “vibe” and flow of our space.
Once we started franchising we found that one of the biggest headaches for franchisees was to find contractors that could complete projects on time, on budget, and on point.
